SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
We can ship to all Australian addresses EXCEPT FOR PO BOXES and PARCEL LOCKERS. A signature is required for all parcels. If no one is available, a card will be left providing further information to collect the package at the local post office.
Costs:
- Free EXPRESS shipping for all orders over $200
- All orders under $200 will be charged a $10 standard shipping fee and $20 for express shipping fee.
Expected delivery times:
For standard shipping it will range from 2 - 7 business days across all states.
For express shipping it will range from 1 - 4 business days across all states.

International Shipping
As of now we only ship abroad to New Zealand through Australia Post.
Expected delivery times:
- Express 5 - 10 business days
- Standard 7 - 14 business days
Please keep in mind for possibilities of further delay due to COVID-19.
Above are only expected times, and we will not be liable if it does take longer than usual.
*For orders from other countries, please email us or contact us through Instagram/WeChat @brickhouse_sneakers to place your international order. You will be given a shipping quote on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Times
For orders placed on a weekday, please allow 24 hours for it to be processed.
For orders placed on the weekend or public holiday, please allow 24 hours within the next business day for it to be processed.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-5 days. In case of any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
